Syska Hennessy Group was responsible for the conversion of an existing warehouse
into a new production facility for a leading entertainment client in Los Angeles.
The scope of the project included a 4,200 sq. ft. studio, a 2,200 sq. ft. control
room, and a 3,200 sq. ft. dressing and support areas. Our goals in this project
involved creating an effective studio facility to maintain required acoustical
criteria, high lighting grid, comfortable environment and effective power distribution
via innovative HVAC design approach and awareness of Power Quality design infrastructure.
With the innovative and dedication of the team members, we created a new production
facility in 8 months, enabling our client to start on the production of
their new television shows.
