Main Building
Syska Hennessy Group has been selected to provide building system
commissioning services as part of the renovation for this global
financial client at an undisclosed location. This $26.7 million
project includes an overhaul of both the interior as well as the
exterior of the 12-story, 300,000-sq.-ft. office building.
The building shell renovation will include the construction of
a new skin, new roof, new core and new mechanical, electrical,
plumbing and fire protections systems. The contractor will finish
out floors two through 12 for use as the client’s office
space. The first floor will be used as retail space.
High-Rise Building
Syska Hennessy Group has been selected to provide full commissioning
services for this global financial client’s new high-rise
building (400M/3-year project), which includes a 1,500 to 2,500
position trading floor, 30,000 Sq Ft data center and 450,000 Sq
Ft of office space. Additional goals are to ensure all systems
are well designed, complete and functioning properly and that the
client’s staff has adequate systems documentation and training.
