Syska Hennessy Group’s Commissioning Services is truly
making a difference for this project as we ensure compliance
with Engineering Best Practices and the Client's standards.
The Client will occupy approximately 1.1M sq. feet of the
2.1M sq. ft. building. Their space will include
a major trading operation, data center, associated critical
facilities and support areas, general office space and executive
space, various amenities spaces, including a cafeteria and
kitchen, executive dining, conference center, auditorium
and a fitness center.
Having previously performed as an extension of staff to the Client
on numerous projects for 15+ years, Syska Hennessy is intimately
aware of the Client's standards, guidelines and procedures.
For this project we are applying our practical operational
expertise and insights and review the program for function
and performance goals.
The project will entail commissioning services for the The Client’s
infrastructure build out of the new headquarters space.
Additionally, Syska Hennessy Group firm is performing Peer
Review at each phase of design.
Our Client intends to apply for LEED® certification for
this project. The level of LEED® certification has yet to be
determined.
