Federal Program/Large Institutions
More than 50% of Syska’s repair, renovations and new construction
work is performed at DOD installations. This experience, combined
with the expertise of our specialized, in-house designers, enables
us to fully understand – and respond to with innovative
approaches – the goals, expectations, schedules, and budgets
of our Government clients and their customers. A client relationship-driven
approach to our work integrates individual customer needs with
Syska’s technical knowledge and creative ideas drawn from
the firm’s experience in the design and construction of
Government facilities.

One in which over 40% of the cost
of the project is in the Mechanical/Electrical/Plumbing (MEP)
systems and these systems directly relate to the success of the
customer's business. Data centers, hospitals, laboratories, pharmaceutical

Commissioning/Facilities Maintenance and Operations
Commissioning
is a process to assure that the performance of a facility complies
with
its
design
intent.
This process
begins during the initial design of the facility and continues
through facility completion. Through proper planning of
testing, documentation and training, commissioning will
assure the quality and performance of the facility under
construction. The FMD commissioning process and philosophy
is capable of meeting a wide range of client needs by adapting
to the specifics issues in of commissioning program.
