checks every 24 hours and have a network of 14,000 ATMs the largest
in the U.S. that is accessed almost 3 million times daily.
Syska Hennessy Group began work with this client the way good
things often begin when something goes wrong. A chiller malfunction
forced a costly outage at a major data center and the company
asked why. Our investigation revealed a simple but staggering
explanation. An operational engineer had made an honest mistake.
He didn't understand the chiller's control panel. We created
an operations manual and trained the on-site technical staff
to prevent the preventable. That one event has led to an expanded
array of responsibilities that redefines the client-consultant
relationship.
Working as an integrated team with the bank's corporate real
estate staff, we maintain, on a 24/7 basis, dozens of Tier 1
operating centers - about 100,000 square feet each in size -
worldwide. Moving beyond the scope of conventional consulting
engineering, we assist in site selection and provide facility
management, engineering, and manpower training and evaluation.

forecast future upgrades. We provide design build services on
