Garth Campus

• Boardroom Renovation: Renovate existing patient care area into new hospital boardroom area; Reuse existing MEP systems as required.

• Nursery & Future OR Shell Build-out and Triage, OB nurse Station Renovations: Provide MEP systems for full term nursery, continuing care nursery with isolation room and ancillary support areas including a future OR space. Renovate existing Nursery area and existing MEP systems to Triage Area, Waiting Room Area and Renovated LDRP Nurse’s Station Area, Nurse’s Lounge, Clean Storage and Ancillary Support Areas.

Alexander Campus

• Renovate existing pharmacy to include separate Class 10,000 clean room space with laminar flow Class 1000 biological safety cabinet for sterile pharmacy preparation. Add inline supply fan and HEPA filters and room differential pressure sensor with AV alarm.

• Upgrade existing air handling unit and kitchen hood makeup air handling units to meet existing TDH and NFPA 96 codes and current heat output of existing Kitchen, Dishwashing, Servery and Dining Areas while keeping Kitchen operational. New larger capacity roof mounted air handling unit and make-up supply fan with demolition and renovation drawings. Remove existing above ceiling mounted air handling units after new units are operational.
