Completed in 1997 this innovative 200,000 sq. ft. corporate office
complex was a collaboration of architects and engineers in the
field
of sustainable design. Syska Hennessy Group designed the vertical
transportation system to reflect the designers and clients vision
of an environmentally innovative workplace.
Syska Hennessy Group was responsible for the design and construction
management of new elevators for Gap, Banana Republic and Old Navy
Stores at various locations across the United States, including
California, New York, Chicago, Florida and Canada. The vertical
transportation team managed the project out of the San Francisco
office working on various projects simultaneously at the various
locations. The team was also responsible for the development of
all master specifications and guidelines.
