An avocado rancher, an Ironman triathlete, a star college quarterback, and a semi-retired mountain guide are among the 40 brightest stars in the AEC universe—and they're all under age 40.

They and 36 others have been chosen by the editors of Building Design+Construction from among 244 outstanding entrants in our second annual “40 Under 40” competition.

All 40 excel in their professional roles as architects, engineers, contractors, designers, and AEC business developers, while giving back to their communities and professional societies.

And somehow these remarkable young professionals still find time off the clock to expand their horizons.

To meet the next generation of leadership in the AEC industry, please read the entire aritcle.
