Syska Hennessy Group Expands San Francisco Healthcare Staff

Syska Hennessy Group, which focuses in consulting, engineering, technology, and construction, has expanded its San Francisco technical staff, naming Michael Trzepacz the local market focus leader and adding Lily Rasovsky and Arthur Morrissey as associate partners. All three individuals have extensive experience with California Office of Statewide Health Planning and Development (OSHPD) projects.

In his new position, Trzepacz will be responsible for managing healthcare/health science projects in the Bay Area. As associate partner, he has more than 20 years of experience in engineering design, master planning, project management, and commissioning for healthcare/health science facilities. A licensed professional engineer, Trzepacz received a bachelor of science degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Massachusetts. He is a member of the American Society of Healthcare Engineers.

Rasovksy, who has more than 25 years of experience in consulting electrical engineering, serves as electrical technical manager. She has been involved with all phases of facility electrical design, including lighting, power, and low-voltage design for healthcare, vivaria, and laboratory projects. Rasovsky is a licensed professional engineer with a bachelors of science degree in electrical engineering from the Polytechnic Institute in Minsk in the USSR. Her professional affiliations include the Illuminating Engineering Society of North America and the Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers.

Morrissey is a plumbing/piping technical manager with more than 28 years of experience in designing plumbing, fire protection, and process piping for healthcare facilities, R&D laboratories, and medical research facilities. He is certified in plumbing design (CPD), and is a member of the American Society of Plumbing Engineers, the National Fire Protection Association, and the International Association of Mechanical and Plumbing Organizations.
